摘　　要：运用文献资料法、比较分析法,从不同角度对中美两国体育保险的现状进行了对比分析,旨在找出我国体育保险的不足之处,并借鉴美国的成熟经验,为我国体育保险建立参照系。By the research method of literature and compare, the paper analyzed the present situation of sports insurance from different angles. The purpose is to find the shortcomings of China sports insurance, draw America experience, and then hope to provide the reference to China sports insurance.
