摘　　要：以2000年至2007年我国体育系统篮球一、二、三线运动员、教练员数量动态变化为研究对象,运用数理统计法,对各线运动员、教练员及二者数量关系的发展变化进行分析,旨在为我国篮球后备人才培养提供参考资料。主要结论:近年来1)我国体育系统篮球业余训练规模逐年萎缩,一、二、三线在训规模结构失衡,高水平人才跨区域、跨行业的流通性逐年提高,一线运动员学历结构不断改善;2)三线教练员严重流失,一、二、三线教练员数量结构失衡,教练员学历与职称结构逐渐得以改善;3)"教练员与运动员之比"逐年递减,二者数量关系严重失衡。Use the scale change of Chinese basketball reserve players and coaches as study object, and by statistics, the paper makes an analysis on developing trend of Chinese basketball reserve player training from 2000 to 2007, aiming at providing a reference data for basketball reserve development. Main conclusion： 1 ） The amateur training scale of Chinese basketball is shrinking year by year. Structure of player is unbalance between first, second and third class. More and more talented players play outer province. 2 ） Quantity structure of basketball coaches is unbalance, grass roots coaches are becoming less and less. 3） The proportion of coaches to athlete is decreasing year by year, and quantity structure between players and coacher is unbalance.
