以人为本的哲学内涵与政治学内涵——兼论抗震救灾充分体现“以人为本”执政理念

摘　　要："以人为本"是马克思主义价值观的核心思想,是世界观、社会历史观与价值观的统一。社会每个成员自由而全面发展,是"以人为本"的最高要求,也是共产党人追求的最高价值目标。"以人为本"的人不仅是相对于物和神而言的,而且也相对于人本身。"以人民为本"直接涉及的只是人与人的关系,"人民"是和"国家"、"执政党"、"统治者"相对应的政治范畴,是表征"民"与"官"的关系,不能将"以人为本"理解为就是"以人民为本"。以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央把哲学概念的"以人为本"与政治直接统一并作为执政理念,并在抗震救灾中得到充分体现。Anthropocentrism is the kernel theoretical base of the Marxism Values, is the unity of the Worldview, Social-history concept and the Values. All of the social members get the opportunity of enjoying freedom and developing comprehensively, is the highest request of anthropocentrism, and also the highest values pursuited by communists. The person in ＂Anthropocentrism＂ not only directs against the material and the god, but also the person. ＂ People-oriented＂ means the relationship between person and person, ＂people＂ is the political category corresponding the ＂State＂, ＂Ruling Party＂ and the ＂Rulers＂, shows the relationship between the ＂People＂ and the ＂Officer＂. The ＂People-oriented＂ can＇ t take the place of the ＂Anthropocentrism＂. Hu Jintao unifys the philosophical and the political connotation of anthropocentrism, regards it as the ruling philosophy, and also embodied it adequatly in the WenChuan Earthquake.
