摘  要:用大白菜异源胞质雄性不育系CMS22-3为母本,不同小菘菜自交系为父本,通过连续几代回交,最终选育出小菘菜异源胞质雄性不育系CMS08-6。该不育系具有生长发育正常、抗病、农艺性状优、配合力好等特点,利用CMS08-6配制的组合CMS08-6×87-6在示范生产上表现较优良。Greens Komatsuna's alloplasmic, cytoplasmic male-sterility line, CMS08 -6, was obtained at several generations through backcrossing and selection using Chinese cabbage alloplasmic, cytoplasmic male-sterility CMS22 -3 as the female parent and a different self-bred line of Greens Komatsuna as the male parent. The maintenance line was 90 -6. CMS08 -6 was characterized for normal growing, disease resistance, good agronomy characteristics and suit- ability for hybridization. Its hybridized CMS08 - 6 × 87 - 6 showed excellent results on the demonstration trial.
