摘  要:为了改善纺锭轴承的润滑状态,提高其使用寿命,并达到节能的效果,分析了纺锭轴承凸度的概念、计算方法及油膜厚度对轴承的影响,通过曲线对比及理论计算,重点分析了纺锭轴承的超精加工。得出:经过超精加工可得到理想的滚柱凸度和外环内表面滚道的表面粗糙度;采用超精加工的纺锭轴承,为研制出拥有良好的振动特性和节能效果的高速节能锭子奠定了基础。In order to improve the lubrication performance of the spindle bearing for its longer service life with energy economy,analysis is done to the spindle bearing regarding concept of convexity,calculation method of convexity and the impact of the oil film on the bearing performance. Through curve comparison and theory calculation,highlight is given to the manufacturing of the spindle bearing with super precision. Conclusion is made that manufacturing with super precision results in desired convexity of the bearing roll and the inner roughness of outer ring. Bearings with super precision lays good foundation for developing high speed spindle with good vibration performance and energy economy.
