摘 要:蓄热相变材料在发生相变的过程中会吸收或释放热量,在太阳能利用、建筑节能和废热回收等方面有着良好的前景。文章主要针对其中一种无机相变蓄热材料,即十二水磷酸氢二钠的过冷度问题进行实验研究,分析各种不同成核剂对过冷度降低的效果。通过熔化-凝固热循环实验,其结果表明,活性氧化铝对减小十二水磷酸氢二钠的过冷度有很好的效果,相变温度保持在35—36℃,相变过程持续时间较长。同时,加入增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠可以改善蓄热体系的稳定性,该蓄热体系的重复性实验效果良好。Thermal storage phase change material is able to absorb or release heat in the process during changes, and has very good prospect in the utilization of solar recovery. The overcooling of dibasic sodium phosphate energy, construction energy conservation and waste-heat was decreased, and the effects of each different kinds of anti-overcooling for reducing the degree of overcooling were analyzed. Through experimental study, the results indicate that adding aluminum oxide has a very melting-solidification heat cycling good improvement effect to reduce the overcooling of dibasic sodium phosphate; when transformation temperature is at 35-36 ~C, the phase change process is able to maintain a longer time. At the same time, adding some carboxymethylcellulose sodium as thickener can improve the stability of thermal storage system. The repetition experimental testing of thermal storage system has a good effect.
