术中动态监测红细胞压积与合理输血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术中动态测定红细胞压积指导合理输血的可行性。方法使用北京赛普瑞特血液技术有限公司生产的STS6100V3.0输血指征动态仪,对大手术患者术前、术中红细胞压积进行动态测定,并根据卫生部《临床输血技术规范》采取限制性输血。结果与同期实施手术量、输血量输血人次相比较,节约用血达21.08%。结论术中动态测定红细胞压积指导合理输血,有效地减少了不必要输血,可减少由不必要输血引起的并发症,有益于血液保护。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the hematocrit monitoring to guide reasonable transfution in operation. Methods The hematocrit of patients was dynamic monitored by STS6100V3.0 transfution trigger monitor （beijing separator blood technique company）in operation. According to the clinical blood transfution technical specification promulgated by the Ministry of health, restrictive transfution was adopt.Results The amount of transfution decreased 21.08% compared with the no dynamic hematocrit monitoring in operation.Conclusion Guiding reasonable transfution with dynamic hematocrit monitoring in operation can effectively decrease the unnecessary transfution and the complications .It is beneficial for blood protection.
