摘　　要：国立兰州大学时期,图书馆发生了前所未有的变化。藏书总量较前增加近4倍,修缮能容纳30万册之巨的馆舍,采用最新图书分类法成果"中国图书十进分类法",建立了严谨完善的管理规章制度。校长辛树帜亲力亲为,著名学者何日章、顾颉刚、张舜徽等共襄图书馆事业,同时馆藏图书资源对诸位学者学术思想成长和学术著作的撰写都有着极其重要的影响。国立兰州大学图书馆是兰州大学图书馆发展史上的一个里程碑。The period of National Lanzhou University witnessed the unprecedented change in the library. The total of the book collection increased by 4 times, and the library buildings which could hold as much as 300 000 books were remedied. That ＂Chinese Library Decimal Classification＂, the latest achievement in book classification was adopted. And rules and regulations on book management were set up. XIN Shu-zhi, as a president of the University, committed himself to everything. Such prominent figures as HE Ri.-zhang, GU Jie-gang, ZHANG Shun-hui and so on, were all actively engaged in the library development. Meanwhile, the library collection resources were in turn exerted great influence on the evolution of the academic ideas of those scholars and on the compositions of many academic works. Undoubtedly, National Lanzhou University library was a landmark in the history of Lanzhou University library.
