摘  要:以刀体上装有两个等边不等角六边形硬质合金可转位刀片的浅孔钻为例,用向量矩阵法分析了可转位浅孔钻的几何参数。根据浅孔钻加工特性划分了各个加工阶段,在建立各阶段数学模型的基础上,采用经典斜角切削理论和经验公式相结合的方法进一步分别建立了浅孔钻"钻入"五个阶段和"钻出"三个阶段的力学模型。为进一步研究浅孔钻所受切削力、切削热以及浅孔钻结构的改进、使用等打下了必要的基础。Taking a drill with hexagonal carbide indexable inserts having equal sides and different included angle as an example, the geometric parameters of the drill were analyzed by using vector-matrix approach. According to the processing characteristics, the drilling process was divided into two working procedures. Based on the mathematical models built up for these two procedures, a cutting forces model for five phases of ' drilling in' and three phases of ' drilling out' was developed by using the approach of classical oblique cutting theory as well as the empirical formulae. The study laid a necessary foundation for the further research of drilling forces and drilling temperature, as well as the rational use and the structure improvement of the drill with indexable inserts.
