摘　　要：老式测量显微镜因应用范围窄、使用不便,故用CCD摄像机、图像采集卡、计算机及图像采集处理软件对其进行了改造。可在屏幕上实时显示多种标尺,并可进行拍照和录像。在切削实验中,可对切屑厚度、刀具磨损及螺纹等的形貌进行观察并测量其尺寸。An outdated tool microscope was rebuilt by CCD vidicon, image collecting card, computer and image software, because of the narrow application range and discommodious operating. Multiform gauge can be shown real time on the screen, and a photo or kinescope can be obtained. In cutting experiments, it can be observed and measured that the chip thickness, the tool wear, the screw thread teeth, and so on.
