未足月妊娠胎膜早破并发早产分娩方式分析

摘　　要：目的探讨未足月妊娠胎膜早破并发早产分娩方式新生儿结局。方法对2005年1月-2008年12月住院分娩的孕妇,其中未足月妊娠胎膜早破并发早产孕妇119例,按其中不同孕周与分娩方式进行比较。对阴道分娩与剖宫产分娩的新生儿评分及新生儿各种并发症和臀位两种分娩方式新生儿评分差异进行比较。结果2组孕周与分娩方式比较结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);阴道分娩与剖宫产分娩的新生儿评分及新生儿各种并发症比较结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);臀位两种分娩方式新生儿评分比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论恰当处理未足月妊娠胎膜早破将减少早产儿并发症,是降低早产儿病死率的关键。Objective To study the results of the delivery mode of premature delivery which caused by preterm premature rupture of membranes（ PPROM ）.Methods According the different gestation age and mode of delivery to compare the data of 119 cases of preterm premature rupture of membrane （PPROM）pregnant women who is hospitalized for delivering during January, 2005 to March, 2008.To compare the different grades and all kinds of complications of newborns who delivers to the vaginal delivery or cesarean section and two modes of breech delivery. Results The different results by comparing the gestation age and the modes of delivery in those two groups has no notable significance（P〉0.05 ） ; the different results of grades and all kinds of complications by comparing between vaginal delivery and cesarean section has no notable significance （P〉0.05） ; the different grades of newborns compare between two modes of breech delivery has notable significance （P〈0.05） ;Conclusion Treating with PPROM properly would reduce the complications of the premature infants and is the key to decrease the mortality rate of premature infants.
