摘  要:柳中区块是柳赞油田的主力区块之一,以开发Es23+3油藏为主。早期主要利用地层天然能量开发,适时进行注水。随着滚动开发深入,逐渐暴露出平面、层间矛盾突出,注入水单层突进,原油产量递减加速,含水率上升快等问题。自2002年起,柳中区块深化地质认识,转变注水工作思路,全面研究注水效率,以完善井网和注采系统为重点,以建立注采平衡为目标,加强注水管理,采取水井分注、调剖、聚合物驱油以及油井提液、卡堵水等一系列措施,逐步恢复地层能量,控制含水率,取得了较好的开发效果,成为冀东油田注水示范区。Liuzhong Block,one of major blocks in Liuzan oilfield,is characterized by development of Es32+3 reservoir.The development of natural energy was used in early phase,with duly water injection.As the progressive development goes on,some problems were emerged,such as obvious plane conflict and interlamination contradiction,decline of crude oil production and fast increment of water cut.Since 2002,in the block,the geological understanding has been enhanced,the concept of water injection has been changed to overall study on water injection efficiency and reinforcement of water injection management,focusing on the improvement of well pattern and injection-production system and aiming to build an injection-production balance.Through using a series of measures including separated water injection,profile adjustment,polymer flooding,and water plugging,better development effects have been realized by the recovering formation energy and controlling water cut.
