摘 要:BZ7井区于1984年4月发现,属稠油油藏,2000年2月全面投入开发。该区目前以蒸汽吞吐生产为主,由于蒸汽温度高、强度大,在生产过程中存在套管变形,油层吸汽能力弱、油井出砂等现象。为改善开发效果,根据油藏地质特点,结合油田生产实际,开展了一系列研究工作。主要采取以下措施:①对低效井,实施上返补层、开展光油管注汽实验及氮气助排等措施;②对层间矛盾突出、汽窜干扰严重的合采井,实施分注合采或隔注等;③对出砂井,采取下割缝筛管、下螺杆泵、长柱塞泵排砂及下防汽增效泵等防砂措施;④在吞吐过程中根据实际情况实施大修、酸化、压裂、隔抽等措施。结果表明,这些措施效果明显,能够显著改善蒸汽吞吐开发效果,提高油田产量。这些技术对于其他类似油藏具有一定的借鉴意义,具有较好的推广价值。BZ7 borefield,heavy crude reservoir,was found in April,1984.At present,the reservoir exists the problems during steam huffing and puffing because of high temperature,big intensity steam:casing deformation,weak injection steam ability,and the oil well sand production and so on.In order to improve development effect,a series of research has done according to the reservoir geology characteristic,and the corresponding measures were adopted:①for the poor efficiency wells,implementing reperforating,injecting steam experiment through blank tubing and injecting nitrogen and so on;②for prominent interlayer contradiction and steam channeling wells,implementing separate layer water injection and so on;③for producing sand wells,taking mechanical sand control,so as slotted liner sand control;④implementing old well worked over,acid treatment,reservoir fracturing during steam huffing and puffing.The results indicated that effects of these measures were obvious,they can obviously improve the cyclic steam injection development effect,raise the field output,and get the remarkable benefit.
