摘　　要：目的:实现军队医院门诊医疗费用统计核查工作的科学、高效、数字化管理。方法:以HIS的Oracle后台数据库为基础,以Delphi作为前台开发工具进行系统构建。结果:该系统已成功应用到医院实际工作当中,并取得了良好的效果。结论:为医院经济核算工作提供了透明、便捷的管理平台,为医院经营决策提供了科学的数字依据。Objective To realize scientific and high efficient and digital management of medical expenses statistics and verification work in outpatient department of military hospital. Methods Based on the Oracle database of HIS system, Delphi programming language was used to construct the system. Results The system has been successfully applied in hospital actual work with satisfactory results. Conclusion The use of the system can provide transparent and efficient management platform for hospital economic accounting work, and give scientific and numerical gist for hospital operating decision-making.
