摘 要:按NCⅡ设计,用5个玉米Tuxpeno选系与我国玉米五大骨干系组配25个杂交组合,对9个主要农艺性状和产量进行了方差分析,并进一步研究了玉米Tuxpeno选系的小区产量的配合力方差。结果表明:5个玉米Tuxpeno选系之间产量的一般配合力(GCA)未达到显著差异,但与测验自交系之间的特殊配合力(SCA)达到极显著差异。玉米Tuxpeno选系的一般配合力(GCA)最高的自交系是449(0.17),而测验自交系的一般配合力(GCA)最高的是黄早四(0.12)。特殊配合力(SCA)最高的组合是Mo17×94-90(0.25),产量最高的组合是449×78599(3.84 kg/4.5m2)。Nine main agronomic characters and yield of 25 hybrid combinations from five inbred line with Tuxpeno germplasm × five mainstay inbred lines in China was analyzed by using NC Ⅱ design to study variance of combining ability of plot yield of inbred lines with Tuxpeno germplasm. The results showed that there is no significant difference in general combining ability between five inbred lines with Tuxpeno germplasm but there is significant difference in specific combining ability between five inbred lines with Tuxpeno germplasm and test inbred lines. The highest general combining ability of inbred lines with Tuxpeno germplasm and test inbred lines is 449 (0.17) and Huangzaosi (0.12) respectively. The combination with the highest specific combining ability (0.25) is Mo17 × 94-90 and the combination with the highest yield (3.84 kg/4. 5m^2 ) is 449 × 78599.
