摘  要:培养基配方是玉米组织培养的重要影响因素,而激素又是培养基中的关键成分。为了明确激动素(Kt)在愈伤组织分化中的作用,采用含不同Kt浓度的培养基对2个玉米材料的愈伤组织先进行胚状体诱导,然后再作绿苗再生培养。结果表明,Kt对玉米愈伤组织分化形成植株起着积极作用,能显著提高绿苗分化率。在Kt浓度由0增加到2 mg/L的过程中,绿苗分化率随着Kt浓度的增加而升高,但丛生苗的比率也随之增加。因此,在培养基中添加适当浓度的Kt是必要的,具体浓度应该由基因型材料和试验目的确定。The culture medium is one of the most important influence factors in maize tissue culture and phytohormones are the key components in culture medium. The calli of two maize inbred lines were induced on the media with 6 different kinetin concentrations to know the function of Kt in pant regeneration. The results showed that Kt could have the positive effect on differentiation of maize caUi and significantly increase the differentiation rate of green plants. The differentiation rate of green plants and percentage of cluster plantlets rise with increase of Kt concentration when Kt concentration is from 0 mg/L to 2 mg/ L. Therefore, it is necessary to add proper Kt concentration in media for inducing embryoids, but its concentration should be determined according to the genotypes and experimental purposes.
