山羊感染伪结核棒状杆菌病的诊断

摘　　要：贵州某羊场山羊群患有以淋巴结肿大、化脓为主要特征的疾病,疑似山羊伪结核棒状杆菌病。从10只患病羊的淋巴结脓肿中分离得到10株病原菌,经对该病原菌进行病原形态、培养特性、生化特性及致病性等鉴定,结果该病菌为致病性伪结核棒状杆菌,该病确诊为山羊伪结核棒状杆菌病。Goat corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis disease was diagnosed in a goat yard of Guizhou province, in which goats were lymph gland tumefaction and purulence. 10 strains bacteria were isolated from 10 goats. With identification of pathogen morphology, culturing characteristic, biochemical properties and pathogenic capabilities, it is concluded that the bacterium is coryhebacterium pseudotuberculosis disease.
