温湿度对普通蚕品种吐平面丝成绩的影响

摘　　要：为了研究家蚕平面吐丝的潜能，比较了不同品种杂交组合、不同品种在相同环境（温度、湿度）和同品种在不同环境的吐平面丝成绩。结果表明，各品种吐丝成绩表现较好的杂交组合为秋白×明珠、秋白×渝2和渝1×秋白；吐丝期将环境温度控制在24-25℃，干湿差控制在2．0-2．5℃，化蛹期干湿差控制在1．5-2℃，平面吐丝量、吐出率成绩最好，分别为28．603g和86．69％。The plane spinning of different silkworm hybrid combinations and different silkworm varieties was determined under different temperature and humidity to study their potentiality of plane spinning. The results showed that the hybrid combinations with better spinning amount were Qiubai × Mingzhu, Qiubai × Yu 2 and Yu 1 × Qiubai, and the plane spinning amount and spinning rate of Yu 1 × Qiubai was up to 28. 603 g and 86.69% at 24℃ to 25℃, 2.0℃ to 2.5℃ of wet-bulb depression in spinning period and 1.5℃ to 2 ℃ of wet-bulb depression in pupation period.
