摘　　要：在介绍图文电视基本原理的基础上，重点论述了计算机对图文电视信号的提取．图文信息的叠加．信息的接收，信息的存贮和重播的基本原理及其实现方法。Based on the introduction of the basic principles of teletext, synchronous separation of video signals, abstraction of row order pulse signals, overlaying of graphical and teletext information by computer are presented and the basic idea of the design and the methodof realization of the graphical and teletext information' S receiving store and broadcast aremainly discussed in this paper. There are also detailed descriptions of the solution of sharecollision of buffer storage and the method of signal' S abstraction during the procedure of design, which make the whole design complete and practicable.
