摘 要:目前国内设计的起重机金属结构尺寸一般都较国外同型号、同吨位的产品为大,针对此问题,采用现代设计方法以LDA单梁桥式起重机的主梁为例进行了研究和设计。首先根据常用的强度、刚度和稳定性设计准则建立了主梁结构的优化模型,并进行了优化计算,然后采用传统的手工计算方法对优化模型中没有涉及的复杂性能指标进行了校核,接着建立了主梁的三维模型和有限元模型,最后计算并分析了垂直下挠和工字钢轨道下翼缘的局部弯曲应力。The present domestic overhead cranes generally are much bigger than the same type and tonnage products used abroad. Based on this issue,using advanced design methods to design the main girder of LDA crane is carried on. At first the optimum model of the main girder is proposed in terms of the strength,rigidity and stability: Secondly,the optimum computing is processed and several optimum design results are obtained. Thirdly,additional check computations are put up which can be not easily included in the optimum model. Then the 3D model and FEA model of the main girder are built up. Finally,the static deflection and the static strength are computed and the local bending stress of the bottom flange plate of the 1-girder is analyzed.
