摘　　要：我校电气工程及自动化专业由工企业自动化和工企供电两个专业合并而成,在应用型人才培养、科学研究、教师队伍建设和办学条件等方面皆取得了长足的发展。为了适应人才市场的需求,培养应用型电气工程及自动化专业人才,结合我校的实际情况和目前本科生就业要求,在理论教学和实践教学进行了一系列的改革和建设,取得了一定成效。The specialty of electrical engineering and automation of our university was combined by the industrial automation and the power supply specialties, and the talent cultivation, science research, teacher team＇s building, teaching conditions have been imprived. In order to meet the need of human resource market, enhance educational quality and cultivate talents, connected with the condition of our college and employment demands, we carried out reform in theory and practices of teaching according to the situation of our school, and made some achievements.
