摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定柴连口服液中连翘苷的含量的方法。方法采用Alltima C185μ250mm×4.6mm色谱柱;乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相;检测波长278nm。结果连翘苷浓度的线性范围为0.618μg～3.09μg,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为99.37%,RSD=1.83%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好。可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for content determination of forsythin in Chailian oral liquid. METHODS Alltima C18（5μm, 250mm × 4.6mm） column was used and the mobile phase consisted of ace- tonitrile-water （25：75）. It was detected at 278nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.618- 3.09μg, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 99.37 %, RSD = 1.83 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility, and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
