摘  要:用普通和微波合成法制备了洛美沙星-铽配合物,扫描电镜、红外光谱、荧光光谱和DSC进行了表征。分析比较了两种合成方法所得洛美沙星-铽的特性。结果表明,微波和普通合成产物具有基本相同的红外光谱和荧光光谱,但形貌和DSC光谱有差异,推测两种方法合成的产物可能具有相同的化学结构、相似的荧光性质,不同的晶型。LFLX-Tb^3+ was prepared by conventional and microwave radiation methods. The properties of obtained products were characterized by means of SEM,FTIR and fluorescence spectra and DSC and compared. The same IR and resemble Fluorescence spectras but different DSC spectras of the products were obtained. The results indicated that the products prepared by conventional and microwave radiation methods have the same chemical structure and resemble Fluorescence property but different crystal form.
