介入技术在复杂先天性心脏病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：心脏介入是一种新型诊断与治疗心血管疾病技术,经过穿刺体表血管,在数字减影的连续投照下,送入心脏导管,通过特定的心脏导管操作技术对心脏病进行确诊和治疗的诊治方法。介入技术具有操作简便、创伤小、可重复性强、能到达手术野不易到达的部位等特点。本文将简要介绍介入性技术在复杂先心病治疗的应用。Heart involvement is one kind of new diagnoses and treatment cardiowtscular disease technology. The process puncture of body surface blood vessel reduces the shade in the numeral, sends in the cardiac catheter, carries on the diagnosis and the treatment diagnosis. The specific cardiac catheter operation technology was applied to heart disease. Among its situated, the internal medieinedepartment treatment and the surgical operation treatment, is a more advanced heart disease diagnoses and treats the method. Because the involvement technology is simple, the wound small, the repeatabilfty strong, it can arrive to the spot which the surgery wild not easy to arrive. The simplification surgery process, reduces the surgery risk, causes the treatment result optimization.
