健脾止泻颗粒挥发油提取与包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:探索健脾止泻颗粒中白术和广藿香的挥发油的提取及包合条件。方法:选择挥发油与β-环糊精比例、加水量、超声时间3个因素进行正交试验,以包合物的收得率、包合率为评价指标综合评分,确定挥发油最佳包合工艺条件。结果:挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水、不浸泡、提取7.0小时;最佳包合工艺为:6gβ-环糊精,溶于15倍水,加入1ml挥发油,超声包合45 min。结论:健脾止泻颗粒挥发油提取和包合工艺合理、稳定、可行。Objective： To study the extracting and including condition of volatile oil from the patchouli and the pellet Bai Zhu in Jianpi Zhixie granules.Methods： The best condition was studied by orthogonal test, with dame factors of the ratio of eyclodextrin to oil. volume of water and inclusion time. And the results were analyzed by scores of the propartion of oil in inclusion complex and recovery of inclusion complex.Results： The optimum condition for extraction includes 8 times of water, un-soaking, and extracting for 7.0 hours. And the optimum condition for inclusion includes the proportion of cyclodextrin to oil as 6 to 1, and 15 times of water with 1 ml volatile oil for 45 min. Conclusion The optimum condition for extraction and inclusion is steady and feasible.
