摘  要:将杜仲、当归、黄芪、枸杞等10味中草药均匀粉碎后配制成复方制剂,按质量分数为0(对照组)、1%(A组)、3%(B组)、6%(C组)添加到饲料中投喂罗非鱼Oreochromis niloticus,分别在饲养试验的第4、11、18、25、32天采样,检测其血清溶菌酶活性、头肾巨噬细胞吞噬活性、血清杀菌活性、红细胞比容等免疫指标的变化,并在最后一次采样中检测其脾脏脏器系数。用嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila对试验鱼进行人工感染试验,分析中草药对鱼体免疫功能及免疫保护率的增强作用。饲养结果表明:从第18天开始,试验组血清中溶菌酶水平一直极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);试验开始后第18天和第25天,B组、C组的头肾巨噬细胞吞噬活性均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),第32天,3个试验组与对照组均无显著差异(P〉0.05);第11—32天,各试验组血清杀菌活性均极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);红细胞压积值,仅在第18天时B组高于对照组(P〈0.05),其余时期各组间均无统计学差异;第32天时测定的各组间脾脏脏器系数均未显示差异。攻毒试验结果表明,C组免疫保护率为75%,其余组均为0。were analyzed 4, 11, 18, 25 and 32 days after feeding in tilapia Oreochromis niloticus fed the diets containing 1% (Group A), 3% (Group B) ,and 6% (Group C) index and mortality were also determined 32 days after feeding of ground Chinese herb medicines and spleen weight in the fish challenged with bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila to evaluate the effects of Chinese herb medicines on the immunity. The results showed that there was very significantly higher lysozyme activity in the test groups than that in the controls (P 〈0.01 ) from 18 d to 32 d. The significantly higher macrophage phagocytic activity in the head kidney was observed in the high level of Chinese herb medicine groups than that in the controls from 18 d to 25 d, without significant difference at 32 d. At 11 d and afterwards, there was very significantly higher serum antibactericidal activity in the test groups than that in the controis (P 〈0.01 ). The hematocrit value was higher than the control only at 18 d. At 32 d, however, there was no significant difference in spleen weight index in all groups. There was immune protection of 75% in high dose group, and 0 in other groups.
