高体革鯻的形态特征及核型分析

摘　　要：对高体革鯻的形态特征及核型进行了研究。结果表明：高体革鯻Scortum barcoo体呈纺锤型，扁圆；鱼体的两侧或一侧有1至2个或多个黑色椭圆形斑；各鳍式为，背鳍XⅡ～XⅣ-12—14，胸鳍Ⅱ-13—15，腹鳍Ⅰ-5，臀鳍Ⅲ-8～10，尾鳍16～18；第一鳃弓外鳃耙数为29～32；侧线鳞式为86～103，14～16／24～28-A。腹膜为银白色，鳔两室；胃发达呈“Y”型，幽门盲囊为16～22个；左右两肾脏在后部相连，头肾近三角形；脊椎骨为25枚；体腔具脂肪块，脂肪块的重量占体重的11．95％-16．60％。高体革鯻染色体数目为2n=48，核型公式为2m＋2sm＋2st＋42t，NF为52。The morphological characteristics and karyotypes were studied in jade perch Scortum barcoo（Terapontidae, Perciformes）. The fish has a spindle body, and 1 -2 or more ellipse black patches on one or both sides. There are D,X Ⅱ -XⅣ -12-14,P, Ⅱ -13 -15,V, Ⅰ -5, A, Ⅲ -8 -10, and C,16 -18. There are29 -32 gill rakes on the first gill arch. The scales on the lateral line is expressed as 86 - 103,14 - 16/24 - 28 - A. The parietal peritoneum is silvery white in color, and the air bladder consists of one anterior chamber and one posterior chamber. The Y -shaped stomach is well developed with 16 -22 pyloric caeca. The jade perch has a two -lobed kidney, joined in posterior part and a triangle head kidney. There are 25 pairs of vertebrae. The intraperitoneal fat accounts for 11.95% -16.60% in the body weight in wet weight. The number of diploid chromosome is 2n =48 and the karyotype formula is 2m ＋ 2sm ＋ 2st ＋ 42t, NF = 52.
