摘 要:对不同品种、品系的11种榧属植物组织培养再生能力进行研究,结果表明,11种榧树的再生能力相差较大,茎段不定芽分化率由高到低排序依次为雄株(73.33%)、优株3号(53.50%)、优株4号(51.67%)、优株2号(50.0%)、优株6号(45%)、优株1号(43.33%)、象牙榧(39.17%)、细榧7号(35.83%)、细榧8号(33.33%)、米榧(31.67%)、两性榧(30.0%);愈伤组织诱导率、胚状体诱导率及不定芽的生根率排列次序与茎段不定芽分化率基本相同。11种榧属植物对组织培养再生能力具有如下特点:品种间及品系间基因型对培养基种类及植物生长调节剂的要求,不同组织、器官的再生能力既具有同一性,也有一定的特异性。Experiment on variation of regeneration of in vitro culture of 11 cultivars and strains of Torreya showed that it had large different of regeneration among cultivars and strains. Differentiation rate of adventitious bud from stem segments was as follows: male Torreya (73.33%), Elite 3 (53.5%), Elite 4 (51.67%), Elite 2 (50%), Elite 6 (45%), Elite 1 (40.33%), Ivory torreya (39.17%), Exquisite torreya 7 (35.83%), Exquisite torreya 8 (33.33%), Rice torreya (31.67%) and Hermaphrodite torreya (30%). Induction rate of callus and embryoid, rooting rate of adventitious bud was similar to differentiation rate of stem segments. ]'he experiment demonstrated that regeneration of the tested plants had characters such as similar demands on basic culture medium, same strong on regeneration of callus, adventitious induction and rooting, different optimal culture medium for each cultivar and strain, as well as growth regulator.
