浅层套管漏失井封堵新工艺的开发与应用

摘　　要：随着油田的进一步开发,浅层套管漏失井占套管漏失井的50%以上,大多数浅层套管漏失井仍然采用封堵的方法治理,但封堵一次成功率较低,不足20%。在对浅层套管封堵失效原因深入分析的基础上,在"先建网,再封堵"的思路指导下研制了新型堵剂。新型堵剂主要由建网堵剂和封口堵剂组成。建网堵剂主要由膨胀吸水剂、架桥剂和悬浮拉筋剂组成,封口堵剂以超细水泥为主。施工采用Y531封隔器保护漏点上部套管。现场施工应用于8口井,封堵一次成功率达100%,封堵后套管漏失部位承压大于8MPa,能够满足油水井日常生产需要,很好地解决了浅层套管漏失井封堵难题。Shallow casing leakage is over 50%in casing absorption wells during field's further development,plugging technology is used in most of the shallow casing leakage wells,but the one-time success ratio is low under 20%.Base on the analysis about the reason of failure plugging,a new type chemical plugging agent was manufactured by the way of'Plugging before net-setting'.The new plugging agent consists of net setting and sealing plugging agent.Water-swellable agent,bridging agent and bracing agent are the main ingredients of net-setting plugging agent,and the sealing plugging agent is mainly composed of ultra-fine cement.Y531 packer protects the casing on upper of the leakage point during the operation.The one-lime success ratio reached 100%in 8 wells application,and the leakage position of casing could endure pressure as high as 8 MPa.The oil and water wells performance was sufficed,and shallow casing leakage problem is disappeared.
