摘  要:通过实验研究,探讨了含K盐低温铝电解质体系对各种炭块的电解膨胀率的影响。实验证实:低温电解质体系会使GS-3半石墨质炭块的电解膨胀率(吸Na、K)上升4倍;而当采用石墨化炭块时,石墨化炭块具有较好的抗电解膨胀性,低温电解质体系下的石墨炭块电解膨胀率为0.47%,与工业电解质体系下的GS-3块相当,能够满足低温铝电解的工艺要求;刨炉炭块的测试表明,当电解槽在现有电解质体系下运行一定时间、吸Na稳定后,转换到低温电解质体系,对电解膨胀率没有显著影响;当电解质体系中KF含量在2%以下时,KF对电解膨胀率的影响不显著;炭间糊的电解膨胀率与GS-3块相近。The paper makes a study of the influence of K salt low temperature aluminium bath system on the expansion rate of carbon balocks in aiuminium reduction process with tests. It proves that low temperature bath system may increase the expansion rate of GS - 3 semi graphite carbon block by 4 times after adsorbed Na and K. However, when graphitized carbon blocks are used, since they have better performances to resist the expansion resulted from reduction process, the expansion rate of graphite carbon blocks is only 0.47% under low temperature bath system, which is similar to those of GS - 3 blocks. After delined cathode blocks were tested, it showed when reduction cell runs for a certain time under existing bath system, adsorbs Na and transfers to low temperature bath system, there is no significant influence on expansion rate of electrolysis, when the content of KF is lower than 2 % in bath system, KF has not an evident influence on expansion rate of electrolysis and the expansion rate between the ramming paste is similar to that of GS - 3 block.
