摘　　要：本文阐述了阳极焙烧系统重油的选用及合理利用。在焙烧过程中,发挥设备性能,使重油充分燃烧;合理控制预热区挥发分的溢出,使挥发分充分燃烧、燃尽;充分利用自然冷却区的余热,加强焙烧炉密封,减少炉面散热等均是降低焙烧系统重油消耗的主要途径。This article describes the selection and proper used of heavy oil in anode baking system. In the baking process, the main approaches to reduce the oil consumption are to bring equipment into play, to make heavy oil full burning; to properly control the overflow of pitch gas in warm - up section and to fully burn the pitch gas;to fully utilize the heating in natural cooling section;to have better sealing of furnace and to reduce the heat loss of furnace＇s surface.
