摘  要:通过正交试验法讨论热处理参数对LZAS系微晶玻璃热膨胀性能的影响。采用DTA、XRD、SEM等分析手段,研究微晶玻璃的析晶过程和微观结构,并讨论该系统微晶玻璃的析晶机理。结果表明:各参数对热膨胀性影响大小顺序为晶化温度>晶化时间>核化时间>核化温度;核化温度及时间影响试样晶粒的多少,晶化温度及时间影响晶粒的大小和致密度;晶化温度对晶相转变起决定作用。LZAS系微晶玻璃在热处理中会产生两种相变:γⅡ-LZS→γ0-LZS和方石英→β-石英固溶体→β-锂辉石固溶体。By means of orthogonal testing method, the effect of the heat treatment parameter on the thermal expansion properties of the glass-ceramics was discussed. The crystallization and microstructure of LZAS system glass-ceramics were studied by DTA, XRD and SEM, and the crystallization mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that the influence degree of the parameters of the heat treatment process on thermal expansion coefficient was crystallization temperature 〉 crystallization time 〉 nucleation time 〉 nucleation temperature. The quantity of crystal grain of the sample was affected by nucleation temperature and nucleation time, the size and density of crystal grain of the sample were affected by crystallization temperature and crystallization time. Crystallization temperature played a key role in the crystaUing phase transition, there were two phases transition in the heat treatment process for the LZAS system glass ceramics:γⅡ→LZS→γ0-LZS, cristobalite→β-quartz solid solutions→β-spodumene solid solutions.
