摘 要:确定燃烧材料的选材方案,对高效燃烧合金颗粒的表面改性处理技术进行试验研究,分析压制成形过程中高效燃烧合金颗粒的运动、变形及产品密度、尺寸和强度的影响因素。研究表明,高效燃烧合金颗粒对汽油、煤油、天然植被和棉织等具有引燃功能,改性处理后高效燃烧合金颗粒的引燃温度有所提高,双向压制可以改善高效燃烧合金制品的密度和强度。The composition of incendiary material was selected and determined, the surface modification treatment technique and the influence factors of movement, deformation of high-efficiency incendiary alloy particles during molding process, as well as product density, size and strength were investigated. The results indicate that high-efficiency incendiary alloy is provided with favorite incendiary function to gasoline, kerosene, natural vegetation and cotton textiles, the incendiary temperature of the alloy particles after surface modification treatment is elevated, and bi-directional pressing process can improve the density and strength of high-efficiency incendiary alloy product.
