摘 要:基于JJG147—2005《标准金属布氏硬度块》国家计量检定规程,给出测量不确定度评定的一种方法,指出测量不确定度主要由其均匀度、工作基准布氏硬度机的重复性(短期稳定性)、(副)基准布氏硬度机的测量不确定度、标准比对硬度块的均匀度和长期稳定性引起。以(125~225)HBW10/3 000/30标尺标准块为例,按规程的测量条件和方法,对其测量不确定度进行系统的间接评定。Based on the national measurement verification regulation of JJG147--2005 《Metallic Brinell Hardness Reference Blocks》, one kind of method to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement for metallic Brinell hardness reference blocks was given. The uncertainty in measurement was mainly caused by the followings, such as its repeatability (includes its dispersion and the short-term stability of metallic Brinell hardness reference testers), the uncertainty in measurement of metallic Brinell hardness basis testers, the dispersion and long-term stability of metallic Brinell hardness basis block. According to the measurement condition and method of regulation, the uncertainty in measurement was specially evaluated by using the scale of (125-225)HBW10/3 000/30 as an example, the uncertainty in measurement was systematically and indirectly evaluated.
