摘  要:利用预乳化连续滴加的合成工艺和有机硅氧烷开环缩聚及其与丙烯酸酯自由基共聚的反应机理,制备了一种自分层有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,并对乳液进行了结构表征和性能测试。结果表明:所得乳液除具有常规的弹性乳液和乳胶膜性能外,乳液在成膜过程中具有自分层的性能,使表面含有较高的有机硅成分,耐沾污性显著提高。Using pre-emulsified synthesis process and in a row dropping, the organosilicone-modified acrylates emulsions were prepared by ring-opening polymerization of organic siloxanes and radical polymerization of acrylic monomers. Its films were characterized. The results showed that: In the course of film forming, the trend of phase-separation (self-stratifying) would be found. There was a higher silicone content on the film surface, and the coat of the emulsions had excellent stain-resistance property.
