摘　　要：在系统了解环境风险评价发展历史、国内外最新研究成果和主要研究方法的基础上,通过对环境风险评价导则和大量环境风险评价的实际应用状况深入研究和分析,结合具体的实践,文章就风险等若干概念的理解,环境风险评价与一般环境影响评价、安全评价的异同,以及目前环境风险评价工作中存在的若干问题进行了思考与探讨,并据此提出今后环境风险评价的发展方向和具体建议。On the base of reviewing ERA history, latest research and advancement in its theory and method, and study on guideline for ERA as well as reviewing its application in real practice, some aspects of ERA were discussed in detail including the correct understanding of the concepts of risk, environmental risk, etc., comparison of ERA and safety assessment, ERA and EIA, as well as problems and difficulties existing in application of ERA to construct projects were analyzed. Some suggestions for implementing ERA were made in the following discussions.
