关于推广有农村特色信用卡的建议

摘　　要：随着金融业的逐步开放,无论是从农村经济发展上,还是从农村金融机构的自身发展上,都对在功能、期限、利率、额度及信用抵押等各方面具有农村特色的信用卡的产生提出了要求,且农村经济改革、农村经济金融的发展及一般信用卡的运行都为其准备推进创造了条件,本文对有农村特色的信用卡的设计提出了相关的建议。Whether it is from the rural economic development, or from rural financial institutions in their own developmen following the gradul open of the financial industry, it has put forward a request for the new credit cards which has rural characteristics in function ,period, interest rates, credit lines and mortgages. At the same tima, it has some conditions in reform of the rural economy, rural economic and financial developments and the general operation of the credits.
