摘  要:通过2根对比梁和9根加固梁的静力对比和疲劳试验,研究了超载情况下高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(High Performance Ferroeement Laminate,简称HPFL)加固钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能。对超载情况下试件的破坏形式、疲劳寿命、挠度和材料应变进行了分析:结果表明,超载情况下试件的破坏模式均始于梁底纵筋的疲劳断裂,疲劳寿命只有32.7万~66.8万次,而未超载情况下加固试件的疲劳寿命均大于200万次。加固梁的疲劳寿命均明显高于对比梁,疲劳寿命随加固钢筋网用量的增加而增大。在经过相同次数的循环之后,加固试件的挠度和混凝土及钢筋的应变都低于未加固梁。由于加固梁端部植入了剪切销钉,未发生梁端部加固层与混凝土之间的界面剥离。In order to study the fatigue behavior of RC beams strengthened with High Performance Ferrocement Laminates (HPFL) under overloading condition, static and fatigue experiments were conducted on two companion beams and nine strengthened beams. The failure mode, fatigue life, deflection and material strain under overloading condition were analyzed. The result shows that ( 1 ) fatigue failure of the beams subjected to overload starts with steel rupture at the bottom and the fatigue life is only between 327 000 and 668 000 times while fatigue life of strengthened beams is greater than two million times in ease of not overloading; (2) compared with the eompanion beams, the fatigue life of strengthened beams is obviously extended and increased with the increase of steel mesh consumption; (3) after the same number of cycles, the deflections of strengthened specimens, the strains of concrete and steels of four strengthened beams are lower than those of the companion specimens. Debonding at the interface of HPFL and concrete is not observed because of shear pins planted at the end of the beams.
