摘 要:以增大截面法加固石拱桥的锚杆抗拔影响参数为研究对象,针对加固所采用的锚杆,进行一般、整体正交2种试验方案设计,重点从锚固剂、钢筋等级、钢筋直径、锚固深度、钻孔直径等5个因素考虑,完成了锚杆拉拔系列试验。依据试验数据的极差分析及锚固系统的破坏形态,得出各影响因素对锚杆锚固力的不同影响程度。试验表明锚固剂与钢筋等级2种因素的影响程度较大,并且锚固剂的种类对锚固力的影响显得尤为重要。以此为基础详细地分析了采用树脂胶、水泥砂浆2种锚固剂时各影响因素的最佳水平值组合,得出树脂胶为锚固剂所获得的锚固力远大于水泥砂浆的结论。同时,此试验间接验证了锚固技术应用于增大截面加固方法的科学性。In order to study the influence parameters of anchor uplift for reinforced stone arch bridge with enlarged cross-section, both general and integral orthogonal test schemes were designed for the anchors used for reinforcement with consideration of anchorage agent, strength grade of steel bar, diameter of steel bar, anchorage depth and drilling hole diameter. Then series pullout tests of anchor cable were finished. According to the range analysis of test data and failure shape of anchorage system, influence degrees of different factors on anchor holding force were obtained. This test indicates that the influences of anchorage agent and strength grade of steel bar are greater, especially the type of anchorage agent. On this basis, the optimal level-value combination of different influence factors for using both of anchorage agents was analyzed. It is concluded that the anchor holding force of resin adhesive is far greater than that of cement mortar. Meanwhile, this test indirectly verified the scientificalness of anchorage technology applied to reinforcement method with enlarged cross-section.
