摘　　要：结合明发商业广场的缓坡地形现状,采取疏水设计措施降低地下水位,设计采用锚杆抗浮。抗浮锚杆施工实践中,介绍锚杆施工质量要点及提出解决措施,为同类工程的抗浮设计施工提供了成功的应用经验。Combined a gentle slope terrain of Mingfa commercial square, hydrophobic design to reduce groundwater level, design anti - floating anchor to stop building up. In the anti - floating anchor construction practice, introduced anchor points the quality of construction and put forward measures to address, provided a successful experience for the application of the type of project design and construction of anti - floating.
