摘　　要：目的:观察坤更欣胶囊治疗肝肾阴虚型女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法:对84例确诊患者采用坤更欣胶囊进行治疗及常规护理,3个疗程后随访1月,对治疗结果进行治疗前后比较。结果:治疗后总有效率为95.24%,治疗前后主要症状积分及激素水平比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:坤更欣胶囊治疗肝肾阴虚型女性更年期综合征疗效显著。Objective： Observe the clinical effect on treating women＇s climacteric syndrome due to deficiency of both liver-Yin and kidney-Yin with Kungengxin capsule. Methods： 84 patients with women＇s climacteric syndrome were treated with Kungengxin capsule. After 3 courses of treatment for 1-month follow-up, the results of treatment were analyzed and contrasted. Results： The total effective rate were 95.24% after treatment. The integral of cartlinal symptoms and hormone level after treatment had significant deviation than those before treatment（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Kungengxin capsule has significant effect on treating women＇s climacteric syndrome due to deficiency of both liver-Yin and kindey-Yin.
