摘  要:以兰州百合(Lilium davidii var.unicolor)为试材,研究了GA3和IBA两种植物生长调节剂以及锯木屑和草炭两种培养基质对鳞片扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:锯木屑埋片处理的繁殖系数最高(2.4),锯木屑扦插处理可获得较大的小鳞茎(Φ=5.24mm),并有利于生根。植物生长调节剂种类的影响效力高于处理浓度和处理时间。IBA显著提高了小鳞茎数量,GA3与IBA等体积混合溶液显著促进了小鳞茎生根,但使IBA促进小鳞茎增殖的效应减弱。对IBA的不同浓度而言,培养前期(30d,45d),低浓度(100mg·L-1)处理的繁殖系数较高(3.85,4.06);而培养后期(60d,75d),高浓度(200mg·L-1)处理的繁殖系数较高(3.81,3.76)。GA3处理有利于获得个体较大的小鳞茎。各处理的小鳞茎萌发率均很低,小鳞茎休眠的生理机制有待于进一步研究。In order to improve the techniques of scale cutting in Lilium , the effects of GA3, IBA and two media on Lilium davidii var. unicolor were studied. The results indicated that the propagation coefficient of mother scales of imbedded in sawdust was the highest(2.4), but cutting in sawdust produced his bulblets(Ф=5.24mm) and more roots. The effect of growth regulator type was much higher than that of the concentrations and the duration of treatments. IBA increased the number of bulblets significantly, and the mixture of equal volumes of GA3 and IBA contributed to root genaratiou of bulblets, however, IBA reduced the on bulblets propagation. Lower IBA concentration (100 mg·L^-1) made higher propagation coefficient (3.85, 4.06) during the early culture periods (30d, 45d), but higher concentration had higher propagation coefficient (3.81, 3.76). GA3 was beneficial to obtain the bigger bulblets. In this experiment, the germination rate of bulblets in all treatments was very low, and the physiological mechanisms of bulblets' dormancy need to be futther studied.
