摘 要:为倾斜圆盘勺式精密排种器的优化设计提供依据,在对倾斜圆盘勺式精密排种器工作原理进行分析的基础上,对充种过程种子的运动规律进行了研究,提出了种子在充种过程中的运动方程及其影响因素。通过对充种过程种子进行受力分析,建立了分种勺边缘侧面导种台上种子的极限充种角和回落角的计算公式。结果表明:随着排种器垂直倾角的增大,极限充种角将减小,回落角将增大;随着排种器角速度的增加,极限充种角和回落角都将增大。In order to optimize design of the declined disc-scoop-type precision metering device, on the basis of analysis on working principle of the metering device, the seed moving during filling process of the metering device was investigated, and the moving equation and the influence factors were put forward. According to the force analysis of seeds during filling process, the calculation formulas for ultimate filling angle and falling angle of seed on scoop side were established. The results showed that with the increase of vertical angle of the metering device, the ultimate filling angle would decrease and the ultimate falling angle would increase; with the increase of velocity of the metering device, the ultimate filling angle and falling angle would both increase.
