摘 要:汽车电磁干扰对环境的影响不容忽视,国内外在这方面的研究已经取得了一些成绩,我国这方面起步较晚,大多数还局限于经验改造和实验阶段,对于汽车产生电磁干扰和抑制的理论研究还很不足。现通过建立汽车点火系统次级电路火花放电的等效电路模型,模拟了火花塞间隙击穿过程中由于电容放电引起的火花电流的变化以及对周围环境的影响。研究发现:在不影响点火性能的情况下,尽量增大火花塞的内置电阻的阻值,最大限度地靠近火花塞放电电极,以及尽量减小高压导线长度等,对抑制电磁干扰对周围环境的影响有较好的作用,为汽车电磁兼容的设计提供理论和数值参考。A number of researches have been done on the impact of auto electromagnetic interference to the environment at home and abroad. However, the domestic research in this area are backward, most of which are limited to the experience and experimental stage while focus little on the theory of auto electromagnetic interference and its suppression. In this paper, the spark current caused by capacitor discharge during the process of spark plug gap breakdown is simulated by modeling the equivalent circuit of the second-circuit capacitor discharge of the auto ignition system. The results show that: without affecting the ignition system, the build-in resistance should be increased to the maximum and be positioned as close as possible to the discharge electrode and the length of the high-voltage wire should be minimized in order to suppress the EMI. This study provides theoretical and numerical reference to the auto electromagnetic compatibility.
