摘  要:提出EDTA滴定连续测定碱法炼锌碱性浸出液中的锌、铅和铝的新方法。首先用EDTA滴定出碱浸液中的锌铅总量,然后以K2SO4为沉淀剂沉淀铅,并用缓冲溶液溶解沉淀后滴定铅含量,通过差值计算得到浸出液中锌含量,最后根据锌铅总量采用EDTA-氟化物法测定碱浸液中的铝含量。该方法操作简捷、准确度和精密度都较好,锌、铅的RSD≤0.5%(n=5),铝的RSD≤2%,回收率在98%~104%范围内,完全能满足生产控制和试验的分析要求。A continuous titration method is studied for determining concentration of zinc, lead and aluminum in alkaline zinc solution of producing Zn powder by alkaline leaching and electrowinning. Zinc and lead in leaching solution were titrated by EDTA. Then lead was precipitated with K2SO4. After lead precipitation was dissolved by buffer solution, lead was titrated by EDTA. Zinc concentration in leaching solution was obtained by calculation. Aluminum concentration was determined by EDTA- sodium fluoride titration according to the concentration of total zinc and lead. The RSDs for the determination were not more than 0.5% (n=5)for zinc and lead, and not more than 2% for aluminum. The recoveries were in range of 98%-104%.
