摘 要:研究不同器皿及溶样方法对四氟化铀的溶解效果。溶样试验和样品中微量元素检测的结果表明,用自行设计的新型聚四氟乙烯坩埚溶解高纯四氟化铀可以解决石英、玻璃等器皿易引入杂质元素和铂金坩埚溶样不完全等问题,保证了ICP-AES法测定四氟化铀中40种杂质元素的准确度。对200 mg四氟化铀样品,加入1mL稀硝酸溶液(3 mol/L)作底酸,2 mL 6 mol/L硝酸溶液和1.5 mol/L H2O2溶样最为理想。The effect of different containers and methods on dissolution of UF4 is studied. The results show that high-purity UF4 can be dissolved completely in a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)cruciblewhich was designed by ourselves. The problems such as impurity elements induced by quartz and glass, and incomplete dissolution caused by Pt containers were solved with this crucible. In addition, the accuracy of measuring 40 trace impurity elements in US4 by ICP-AES method can be elevated. For 200 mg of UF4 sample, the optimum addition of reagents is as follow, first, 1 mL dilute HNOa (3 mol/L), then 6 mol/L HNO3 and 1.5 mL H2O2.
