摘　　要：体育行业职业技能鉴定工作是转变行业管理方式,顺应体育行业新时期发展的新要求,是一项服务社会的公益性事业,这就需要我们结合体育领域的实际情况进行开拓创新。体育事业对人才需求的迫切性需要我们在体育职业技能开发领域的研究尽快有所突破。运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,对浙江省体育行业职业技能鉴定开发管理"模式"进行了实证的研究。The identification of professional skills in sports industry, a public welfare service to the community, is a new requirement for changing the way of industry management and adapting to the development in the new era of sports industry, which requires us to make an innovation by combining the actual situation of sports field. The urgen- cy of talented person in the sports field needs us to make a breakthrough in the development field of sports professional skills as soon as possible. By means of literature, interview and logic analysis, this study makes an empirical analysis of development and management of Zhejiang model of professional skills identification in sports industry.
