摘　　要：从生物柴油国内外发展的现状分析入手,寻找亟待解决的问题,探讨生物柴油原料保障供给体系建设的指导思想、产业化建设的总体步骤,以及供给体系的建立与商业模型,提出保障供给体系产业化实施的方案、产业实体的资本化运作与资金筹措的办法,以及生物柴油产业发展的建议。Based on the current development of biodiesel industry worldwide, and through seeking the problems whose solution is urgently needed, this paper tries to conclude the guidelines of biodiesel industry feedstock supplying system, the general approaches of its industrialization, and the establishment of its supplying system and the related trade model. A proposal for the implementation of the biodiesel industry feedstock supplying system and the related financing or capitalization methods have been provided, and even further suggestion on the biodiesel industry development.
