摘　　要：高血压患者易于并发糖代谢紊乱或糖尿病,目前常用的降压药物并不能完全阻断糖尿病的发生,甚至会增加发生糖尿病的风险。通过介绍降压药物对糖代谢的影响,阐述降压药物对高血压患者发生糖尿病风险的研究进展,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。High blood pressure patients vulnerable to the combined glucose metabolism disorders or diabetes, currently antihypertensive drug does not completely block the occurrence of diabetes, and may even increase the risk of diabetes. This paper we describe the antihypertensive drug on sugar metabolism, and the article outlines the drugs on blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure risk of diabetes research. It is hoped to provide references for ratiorl use of drug in clinical.
