摘　　要："建设沿海经济社会发展强省"有着深刻的实践内涵和精神追求。从邢台在全省的定位和发展战略出发,我们必须摆脱机械空间地理概念,树立前沿竞争意识;摆脱传统资源依赖意识,寻找经济发展新的动力;摆脱狭隘外向发展意识,加快全面开放步伐;摆脱求多求全的发展思想,提高区域专业分工水平;摆脱依附和等待意识,积极主动发展,如此才能从根本上扭转邢台"南北夹击、东西隔断"的状况,在改善发展能力的同时提高发展水平。It has a profound practice connotation and a spiritual pursue to construct a ＂strong coastal province in economic and social development ＂.Proceeding from Xingtai＇s positioning in Hebei province and its development strategy, we must get rid of the mechanical spatial geography concept, acquire the front competition consciousness; get rid of the traditional resources-dependence consciousness, seek the new dynamic force to develop the economy; get rid of the narrow extroverted development consciousness, speed up the comprehensive open step;get rid of the thought to seek perfection development, raise the region＇s specialized division level;get rid of the attachment and waiting consciousness, hanker for a positive and initiative development. So can we fundamentally reverse Xingtai＇s condition of ＂the north and south converging attack, the western and eastern room partition＂, to improve our development ability while enhance our development level.
